    2026 start date

    Spring Cleanup's, aerations, 
    Fertilization and Pre-Emergent Weed Control, Overseeding or Spot Reseeding will start in early march 2026. THE EXPECTED START DATE FOR THIS 2026 YARD SERVICE SEASON WILL BE in  april 2026.. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO HAVE YARD SERVICE STARTED EARLIER, OR IF THERE IS A CONCERN THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE ADDRESSED RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SCHEDULE.

    in light of ongoing health considerations such as COVID-19, the HEALTH AND SAFETY OF MY CLIENTS WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST PRIORITY. I WILL CONTINUE TO SERVE YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES, ENSURING YOUR HOMES REMAIN SAFE, HEALTHY, AND MAINTAINED. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CENTER FOR DISEASE CONTROL (CDC) RECOMMENDATIONS, AS WELL AS RECOMMENDATIONS FROM THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR LANDSCAPE PROFESSIONALS (NALP), we are REQUESTING THAT WE LIMIT OUR IN-PERSON CONTACT AND CONTINUE TO UTILIZE ALTERNATE COMMUNICATIONS.

    NOTHING IS MORE VALUABLE TO US THAN THE RELATIONSHIPS WE BUILD WITH OUR CLIENTS. WE WOULDN'T BE IN BUSINESS WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT, AND WE APPRECIATE THE KIND WORDS YOU SHARE REGARDING OUR WORK. NOW, WE WANT TO SHOW OUR GRATITUDE. WHEN A NEW CLIENT REQUESTS OUR SERVICES AND MENTIONS THAT THEY WERE REFERRED BY ONE OF OUR EXISTING CLIENTS, YOU AND THE NEW CLIENT WILL RECEIVE A REWARD.

    SCHEDULING
     
    AS STATED PREVIOUSLY, YARD SERVICE WILL START in APRIL 2026., AND WILL END ON NOV. 6, 2026, OR AS NEEDED. THE OPTION FOR ONCE A MONTH LAWN MAINTENANCE DURING WINTER 2026 for wekly/bi-weekly clients WILL BE AVAILABLE. LANDSCAPING, SPRING CLEANUPS AND SPRING AERATIONS WILL BE STARTING IN MARCH UNTIL MAY 2026. FALL CLEANUPS, AND FALL AERATIONS WILL BE STARTING IN SEPTEMBER 2026 UNTIL DECEMBER 2026. IN AN EFFORT TO BE MORE EFFICIENT WITH SCHEDULING IN 2026, SCHEDULING AND CALENDARS FOR WEEKLY AND BI-WEEKLY SERVICES WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE CLIENT PORTAL.  I WILL NOT CALL OR TEXT ANY CLIENT DAYS PRIOR UNLESS THERE IS WEATHER PROHIBITING ME FROM SERVICING YOUR YARD, OR MECHANICAL ISSUES BEYOND MY CONTROL. IF THERE IS A CONCERN THAT YOU NEED TO HAVE ADDRESSED RIGHT AWAY, PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SCHEDULE.

    RELEAF SERVICES CLIENT PORTAL

    THE RELEAF SERVICES CLIENT PORTAL WILL BE THE PREFERRED METHOD OF COMMUNICATION. BY NOW, YOU SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A SECURED LINK AND PASSWORD. THE CLIENT PORTAL WILL HAVE YOUR SCHEDULE, INVOICES, RECEIPTS AND THE ABILITY TO REQUEST ADDITIONAL SERVICES.


    FUEL SURCHARGE:

    ​A FUEL SURCHARGE WILL BE ENFORCED WHEN FUEL IS MORE THAN $4/GALLON. AN ADDITIONAL $2 PER VISIT WILL BE CHARGED WHEN FUEL IS BETWEEN $4 AND $5 PER GALLON. AN ADDITIONAL $4 WILL BE CHARGED PER VISIT WHEN FUEL IS BETWEEN $5 AND $6 PER GALLON.

    PAYMENT TERMS:
    ALL CLIENTS OF RELEAF SERVICES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON FILE UNLESS THERE IS ANOTHER AGREEMENT IN PLACE. FOR LAWN MAINTENANCE, (Total Care, WEEKLY or BI-WEEKLY; BASIC OR PREMIUM), INVOICES WILL BE SENT BEFORE YARD SERVICE IS PERFORMED.  AFTER YARD SERVICE IS PERFORMED, THE CARD ON FILE WILL BE CHARGED. THERE IS A CONVENIENCE FEE OF $3.25 CHARGED. THE CLIENT CAN REQUEST TO BE CHARGED MONTHLY INSTEAD OF PER SERVICE. ​
     
    BASIC, PREMIUM and total care YARD SERVICES

    Beginning in 2027, i will be transitioning all current clients to a weekly lawn service schedule. This change will help releaf services provide more consistent, high-quality care and keep your lawn healthier year-round. Weekly mowing offers several advantages: it promotes stronger grass, reduces weeds, improves curb appeal, and ensures more consistent scheduling throughout the season. It also helps releaf services maintain efficiency and keep pricing stable as costs rise across the industry. releaf services wants to give all  clients a SUFFICIENT amount of time so they can plan ahead. if you’d like to experience the benefits of weekly lawn care sooner, you’re welcome to switch to a weekly schedule in 2026. the goal of releaf services is to keep your property looking its absolute best, and releaf services truly appreciates your trust and loyalty as we make this improvement.

    In 2026, WE WILL  offer a three-TIERED SERVICE PLAN: BASIC, PREMIUM and .total care.

    THE BASIC PLAN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

    • BLOWING OFF PROPERTY

    THE PREMIUM PLAN INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

    • MOWING
    • WEED TRIMMING
    • EDGING
    • BLOWING OFF PROPERTY
    • SHRUB TRIMMING

    now, introducing our Total Package Care — a complete, year-round solution to keep your lawn, trees, and shrubs healthy, beautiful, and thriving in every season.
    This plan includes:
    • Weekly mowing and trimming for a consistently manicured lawn
    • Pruning of small trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health
    • Mulch or pine straw applications to retain moisture, control weeds, and enhance beds
    • Spring and fall aeration, overseeding, and fertilization for stronger, greener turf
    • Monthly winter visits to keep your property tidy during the off-season
    Please note:
    • A consultation is required to assess your property.
    • Pricing for Total Package Care depends on the size of your lawn, number and size of trees and shrubs, amount of mulch or pine straw, and quantity of seed and fertilization required.
    • A year-round service contract will need to be signed to enroll in this program, ensuring consistent, professional care throughout all seasons.
    This ensures that your plan is customized specifically for your property, providing the best results and value for your investment.

    Service Commitment Policy for Bi-Weekly and weekly clients
    To ensure the best results for your lawn and maintain consistent, high-quality service, we require a minimum 3-month commitment for our recurring lawn care services:
    • Bi-weekly service: 6 scheduled visits
    • Weekly service: 12 scheduled visits
    Why this commitment is important:
    Regular, consistent care is essential for maintaining a healthy lawn. Skipping or frequently rescheduling services can compromise turf health, plant growth, and the overall appearance of your property. The 3-month minimum allows us to:
    • Establish and maintain a consistent mowing and care schedule
    • Ensure your lawn, trees, and shrubs thrive under consistent professional care
    This policy also helps us schedule efficiently and allocate resources effectively so that all clients receive reliable, timely service.

    Cancellation Policy:
    If the client decides to cancel before the 3-month commitment is fulfilled, the remaining balance for the agreed-upon services will be due. This ensures fairness and allows us to plan resources and schedules effectively while providing consistent, reliable service for all clients.


    THE PURPOSE OF THE basic and premium PLAN IS TO SAVE THE CLIENTS MONEY. BASED ON THE PLAN YOU SELECT, THE CLIENT IS REQUIRED TO STAY ON THAT PLAN FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS. IF THE CLIENT DESIRES TO SWITCH FROM BASIC TO PREMIUM, OR PREMIUM TO BASIC, THEN THAT REQUEST MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL OR COMMUNICATED VERBALLY AFTER THE INITIAL 3 MONTHS HAS BEEN SATISFIED.

    GRASS CLIPPINGS BAGGAGE FEE:


    Beginning in 2026, there will be a $2.00 charge per bag fee for bagging grass clippings. An additional charge will be applied if you want the bags hauled away from your property. This will help cover the extra time, disposal costs, and fuel required when grass grows long between visits. However, this fee will be waived for clients on a weekly mowing schedule, since weekly service keeps grass growth more consistent and allows clippings to be finely mulched back into the lawn — which is healthier for the turf and better for the environment.

    ​Pet Waste Policy Update for 2027
    Beginning in 2026, there will be a fee ($25.00 per visit) if pet waste needs to be removed before mowing.
    This charge helps offset the additional time, disposal, and sanitation needed to maintain professional-quality service.
    You can avoid this charge by removing waste before your scheduled service day — or, if you’d prefer, we’re happy to include pet waste cleanup as a regular add-on service for your convenience.

    Renewal options

    IN 2025, YOU SELECTED THE BI-WEEKLY BASIC PLAN FOR $50.00 PER VISIT. the convenience fee was $3.25. To keep up with rising costs and continue providing high-quality service, the visit rate for 2026 will be $53 per visit. The convenience fee remains $3.25. We greatly appreciate your loyalty over the past two years! 

    Please review your options below and let us know which plan you would like for the 2026 season.

    To reserve your spot on our schedule, please submit your renewal form or reply by February 10th, 2026.
    After that date, any open spots will be offered to new clients, and scheduling will be based on availability.

    Reminders:
    • A 3-month minimum commitment applies to all recurring weekly and bi-weekly services.
    • If you choose the Total Package Lawn Care Plan, a year-round service contract and consultation will be required.
    • Prices may vary depending on property size, trees/shrubs, mulch or straw quantity, and seed/fertilizer needs.
