1. term of agreement
this agreement is for
year-round lawn care services for the 2026 season
, beginning
April 2026 through March 2027
, unless terminated in accordance with this agreement.
2. service package
Client is enrolled in the
Year-Round Lawn Maintenance Program
, which includes:
A. Weekly Premium Lawn Maintenance
Cutting grass (front & backyard)
Weed trimming
Edging
Blowing all surfaces clean
Light shrub trimming as needed
Service frequency:
Weekly (April–November, then as needed offseason)
B. Aeration, Overseeding & Fertilization (2x per year)
Core aeration
Overseeding
Fertilizer and lime application
Debris removal prior to service

Important:
Germination depends on proper watering and mowing by the client.
ReLeaf Services provides a
30-day post-service care guide
upon completion of service.
Additional Services Available (Optional Add-Ons):
Post-service lawn care support
Watering system setup and timer installation
These services are available for an
additional cost
and are recommended to improve seed germination and overall results.
C. Leaf Removal / Fall Cleanup
Full property leaf cleanup (light to moderate)
Multiple passes as needed
Final debris removal
D. OPTIONAL SERVICES (If Selected)
Mulch installation (front yard)
Material costs billed separately
3. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Total Annual Investment:$3,366.31
Payment Options:
$290/month (recommended)
$73/week
Payments are evenly distributed for year-round consistency.
Payment Policy
Card on file is
required for all recurring services
Payments are processed automatically
Late or declined payments may result in service interruption
Processing Fees
A
2.9% + $0.30 transaction fee
will be applied to card payments (if applicable)
4. MATERIALS & PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Material costs (seed, fertilizer, lime, mulch) may vary due to supplier pricing
Any increase will be communicated prior to service
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client agrees to:
Provide
clear access to property
Secure pets before service
Ensure sprinkler systems are off during service
Properly water lawn after seeding
6. SCHEDULING & WEATHER POLICY
Services may be
rescheduled due to weather
ReLeaf Services will complete service on the next available route day
No discounts for delays caused by weather
7. PROPERTY CONDITIONS & LIABILITY
ReLeaf Services is
not responsible for damage to:
Unmarked underground objects
Hidden obstacles
Pre-existing lawn or irrigation issues
8. SERVICE MODIFICATIONS
Additional services requested outside this agreement will be quoted separately
Pricing is based on current property condition; significant changes may require adjustment
9. CANCELLATION POLICY
Client may cancel with
30-day written notice
Early cancellation may result in:
Loss of discounted pricing
Rebilling at standard service rates
10. SKIP POLICY
This agreement is based on
consistent weekly service
, which is necessary to maintain the health and appearance of the lawn.
Clients
may not skip scheduled services
during the active growing season (April–November).
Requests to skip service must be
submitted in advance
and are subject to approval by ReLeaf Services.
Approved skips
do not reduce the monthly or weekly rate
, as pricing is based on annual service distribution.
If a client insists on skipping service without approval, ReLeaf Services reserves the right to:
Resume service at the next scheduled visit at full rate
Charge a
catch-up service fee
if the lawn becomes overgrown
Reevaluate or terminate the service agreement
11. PRIORITY SCHEDULING CLAUSE
Clients enrolled in the
Year-Round Lawn Maintenance Program
receive
priority scheduling and route placement
.
Year-round clients are scheduled
before one-time or non-recurring clients
Service days and timeframes are
reserved and maintained
for recurring clients
During peak seasons (spring, summer, fall), priority clients receive:
Faster rescheduling after weather delays
First availability for additional services (aeration, mulch, cleanups, etc.)
ReLeaf Services reserves the right to adjust routes for efficiency, while maintaining priority service for contracted clients.
12. AGREEMENT ACCEPTANCE
BY SIGNING BELOW, BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO THE TERMS OUTLINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. This agreement becomes effective upon client approval and electronic acceptance.
