WE CHARGE YOUR CREDIT/debit CARD immediately FOLLOWING A yard SERVICE.
OUR PRICING IS DETERMINED BY THE SIZE OF YOUR LAWN AND HOW OFTEN YOU REQUEST SERVICE TO BE PERFORMED. YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNT HISTORY, BILLING INFORMATION AND SERVICES THROUGH OUR CLIENT PORTAL 24/7.
1.) HOW OFTEN DOES RELEAF SERVICES COME TO CUT MY GRASS?
DURING THE MONTHS YOUR LAWN IS ACTIVELY GROWING (APRIL-november) WE RECOMMEND WEEKLY MOWING. A LAWN MOWED bi-weekly(EVERY TWO WEEKS) HAS 2 TIMES THE GROWTH OF A LAWN MOWED WEEKLY. BECAUSE THERE IS MORE GRASS TO CUT, IT TAKES US LONGER.
2.) DOES RELEAF SERVICES PROVIDE ONE-TIME CUTS?
DEPENDING ON THE SITUATION, WE DO OFFER ONE-TIME CUTS, HOWEVER THE PRICE OF ONE-TIME CUTS WILL ALWAYS BE SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER THAN WEEKLY/BI-WEEKLY CLIENTS.
3.) DOES RELEAF SERVICES PROVIDE ON-CALL SERVICES?
WE DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES PROVIDE ON-CALL SERVICES.
4.) DOES THE MOWING SERVICES INCLUDE WEEDING BEDS OR SHRUB TRIMMING?
RELEAF SERVICES OFFERS A TWO TIERED LAWN MAINTENANCE PLAN: BASIC AND PREMIUM. INCLUDED WITH BASIC LAWN MAINTENANCE IS MOWING, WEED TRIMMING, EDGING AND BLOWING OFF THE PROPERTY. INCLUDED WITH PREMIUM LAWN MAINTENANCE IS MOWING, WEED TRIMMING, EDGING, FLOWERBED MAINTENANCE, TREE AND SHRUB MAINTENANCE AND BLOWING OFF THE PROPERTY.
WHATEVER THE PLAN THE CLIENT SELECTS, THE CLIENT MUST STAY WITH THE SELECTED PLAN FOR 3 MONTHS.
5.)DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME WHEN RELEAF SERVICES MOW?
NOBODY HAS TO BE HOME WHEN YOUR LAWN IS MOWED. ALL WE NEED IS ACCESS TO ALL AREAS OF YOUR PROPERTY THAT HAS GRASS.
6.)what is releaf services hours of operations?
Releaf services operates on tuesdays- fridays, and sometimes saturdays. We typically do not use Saturday as a regularly scheduled mowing day. We use Saturday as a make up day in the case of weather delays we may have had throughout the week and in more rare cases to make up for other possible delays. releaf services will make every effort to maintain the same route every week. Several factors can affect our schedule, so we cannot guarantee an exact time or specific time range each service day.
7.) Can the client choose the day to have their yard serviced?
releaf services will always try to get every client on a mow day of their choice however, the day we mow your lawn each week is generally based on the zip code of your property. We are normally in each zip code multiple days per week but this is not always the case.
8.) what happens if it rains or if it releaf services gets delayed?
Rain is the most common cause of any delays with your yard service. We do our best to work through light to medium amounts of rain when safe depending on the upcoming forecasts. If we get behind for any reason we will always reschedule for the following day. releaf services will never skip properties or leave work incomplete due to delays.
9.)does releaf services operates on holidays?
releaf services recognizes all holidays. we will provide their clients with a holiday schedule where we do not perform yard service. if we do decide to provide yard service on a holiday, then we will inform all of our clients accordingly.
10.) can i reschedule yard service? can I skip a day?
If for any reason, you need to re-schedule, cancel or skip a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance by phone, the client portal, or e-mail us at [email protected]. We will make every effort to make the change if you contact us within 24 hours, but with no guarantees. After a skip, your service will be picked back up on the next scheduled service date for your yard. releaf services crews will not decide if your yard needs to be cut, so the client will need to call or email us to cancel or skip a scheduled mowing.
11.) what if the client wants to canel yard service?
releaf service does Not accept same-day cancellations. There is no obligation by either party to continue service and you may cancel service at any time. We hope that you stay with us for the entire season, and we promise to make every effort to earn your business loyalty.
12.) how does releaf services determine pricing?
Lawn sizes are determined by utilizing online measurement tools and either the mecklenburg, cabarrus, gaston, york and lancaster counties Appraisal Districts websites. For larger lots or lots with multiple levels or excessively steep areas, or any lot that is out of the normal characteristic for our area, please click here to Request an estimate and we will be happy to assist you with a personalized quote for your lawn.
