releaf services has standardized prices used for lawn mowing, based upon square footage. There are many variables that will increase or decrease the price. prices are set per mowing service on a weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) schedule.
Variables That Will Affect The Price
Shape: A perfectly rectangular lawn will take LESS amount of time to COMPLETE in comparison to an odd shaped lawn with flowerbeds, STEEP HILLS and obstacles scattered throughout.
Access: Small gates into backyards WILL PROHIBIT us from using larger mowing equipment, THEREFORE increaseS the time it takes to COMPLETE the backyard if it is fenced-IN. Long driveways or addresses with limited parking for our truck and trailer setup, also increaseS the time it takes to perform service.
Clippings Disposal: UNLESS NOTIFIED, We WILL assume that we will not be hauling the clippings to the dump. having A DESIGNATED AREA FOR the GRASS clippings left on the lawn will reduce the price.
